To formulate sound of economic policies, maximum revenue mobilization and accountability for public resources

MANDATE

The Ministry of Finance derives the mandate and functions from 1998 constitution of the Puntland and other related subordinate laws No 5 including budget. The Ministry of finance plays pivotal role in the coordination of development planning mobilization of Puntland resource and ensuring effective accountability for the use resources for the benefit of the Puntland people.
